Delete Account and Data
If you wish to delete your Inku account and all associated data after you have uninstalled the app, please email us at support@augmentumstudios.com. Please make sure to:
- Include “Delete Account” in the email subject line
- A brief statement requesting permanent deletion of your account and data
- IMPORTANT: Contact us from the email address associated with your Inku account
We will process your request as quickly as possible and confirm once all data has been permanently removed.
If you still have the Inku app installed on your device, you can delete your account directly from within the app:
- Open Inku on your device
- Go to Profile tab
- Select Delete Account & Data.
- Tap Delete Account & Data and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
Once completed, within the app or manually by us, your account and all related data (profile, messages, images, subscription information and our backups for all your live information stored due to our disaster recovery measures) will be removed from our live systems immediately and from our encrypted backups within the time frames specified in our Privacy Policy.
